Blue Jackets re-sign defenseman Clitsome
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -The Columbus Blue Jackets have re-signed defenseman Grant Clitsome to a one-year contract.
Blue Jackets general manager Scott Howson announced the signing on Thursday, but didn't release contract terms.
The 25-year-old Clitsome made his NHL debut with the Blue Jackets last season, recording one goal and two assists in 11 games. He also played 64 games with the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League, where he had five goals and 15 assists.
