Ilgauskas near return, Chalmers, Haslem to travel
MIAMI (AP) - Heat center Zydrunas Ilgauskas has recovered from his infected foot and is expected to be in uniform Sunday when Miami hosts the Houston Rockets.
Ilgauskas has missed Miami's last eight games with the foot issue, but went through a full workout Saturday without problems. He's averaging 5.1 points and 4.3 rebounds on 51 percent shooting for Miami this season.
Also Saturday, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said that injured players Udonis Haslem (foot) and Mario Chalmers (knee) are expected to travel when Miami leaves for a four-game road trip on Monday. Chalmers is expected to miss about another week with a sprained knee, which he began rehabbing Saturday.
No timetable is in place for Haslem's return. He has not played since rupturing a foot ligament in November.
