Bulls' Derrick Rose sprains wrist against Orlando
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -Bulls guard Derrick Rose has sprained his left wrist after another collision with Orlando's Dwight Howard.
Rose drove the lane hard for a layup in the final minute of the first quarter against the Magic on Thursday night when he was knocked to the floor in a midair collision with Howard. Rose clutched his lower back and hand before slowly rising to his feet, making one of the free throws.
He stayed in the game before being taken to the locker room for an examination after the quarter. He was questionable to return.
The play was almost identical to the one that sidelined Chicago's star point guard when the teams last met in February. Rose didn't return in that game but didn't miss any other time with the Bulls.
