Bucks PF Gooden back, Kings PG Evans close
MILWAUKEE (AP) - Milwaukee Bucks forward Drew Gooden is active for Wednesday night's game against the Sacramento Kings for the first time in six weeks because of left foot plantar fasciitis.
Kings point guard Tyreke Evans is expected to return from the same injury Friday. Both players have been treated by a Los Angeles-based orthopedic specialist.
Kings coach Paul Westphal said Evans is probable for Friday's game against Indiana. The reigning NBA rookie of the year has missed the last 19 games.
Bucks coach Scott Skiles says guard Michael Redd should return Saturday against Chicago.
Redd said initially he was planning to return on Friday at New York. He has been out for 14 months after twice tearing the same ligaments in his knee.
