Jack On the Rocks wins Big A feature
NEW YORK (AP) - Jack On the Rocks held off Digger by a half length Thursday to win the $46,000 allowance feature at Aqueduct.
Junior Alvarado was aboard for trainer Gary Gullo as the 6-year-old got his ninth win in 36 starts, timing 1:10.18 for the six furlongs.
Jack On the Rocks paid $7.60, $4 and $2.30. Digger earned $4.80 and $2.40, and Poppa's Pick, the even-money favorite, returned $2.10 to show.
