1. What is an Affiliate Program?

Website affiliates are what drive Internet marketing and is a simple and easy way to earn money from traffic that you generate. An Affiliate Program allows you to place links to Brobury Sports from your website and if a visitor makes a deposit by coming from your web site, we pay you a commission on the net revenue profit the player generates.

2. Is it free to join?

Yes. It's absolutely free to join the Brobury Sports Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply to our program.

3. What do I have to do in order to become an affiliate of Brobury Sports?

All you have to do is sign up an affiliate account and you will automatically be able to login to your account. Once you are logged in you will find all the tools necessary to start promoting and referring players to Brobury Sports.

4. Is my website eligible to become a Brobury Sports affiliate?

We reserve the right to reject any site from participating in our affiliate program that are aimed at minors, promote violence, illegal activities, child pornography or any other content that we believe to be undesirable. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

5. How are commissions calculated?

You are entitled to a commission based on the Player Net Revenue. You will earn between 20-35% of the total net revenue that your players generate in a calendar month from our Sportsbook, racebook, casino and poker room. The percentage you earn is based on your player's net loss and is broken down into 3 tiers explained on the Commission Plans page.

6. I have more than one website. Do I need separate affiliate accounts for each site?

No, you do not need to create multiple accounts. You can create links and generate reports specifically for each of your websites by creating multiple tracking profiles. Once logged into your affiliate account, go to the "My Account" tab menu and click on "Affiliate Tracking Profiles".

7. How do you track players that I refer?

The banners, e-mails and other promotional material you use from the "Banner" section are embedded with your unique affiliate ID. When players you refer visit Brobury Sports for the first time this affiliate ID is captured by the player tracking software and each time they play we track their losses to you.

8. How do I keep track of my performance?

When you login to your affiliate account, you have several reports that you can use to analyze the effectiveness of your campaign(s) including a banner report to see which creative is generating the best CTR to a player activity report that shows you which of your players are generating revenue and which aren't.

9. How long do I receive commissions on players I refer?

As an affiliate on the revenue share plan, you will earn a commission from any player you refer for as long as they are active and playing. As your Affiliate ID is linked to their account, each time they play, we effectively track their losses to you.

10. When and how do you pay Affiliates?

Affiliates are paid monthly between the 15th and 30th of the month as long as your account has an amount of $100 or more in commissions. Should you not meet our payment threshold, the payment will rollover until you reach the minimum amount, depending on the payment method you use.
Payments are made by bank wire transfer, UseMyWallet, Neteller (non US/CA only) or MoneyBookers (non US/CA only).

11. What happens with chargebacks?

If a customer provides false information, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, the amount will be deducted from the affiliate's revenue in the month that the chargeback is discovered/reported.

12. How do I request new banners and creative?

If you want a banner or piece of creative that you don't see on our affiliate program, please contact us at affiliates@broburysports.com and we'll get our designers on it.

13. What is your policy regarding SPAM?

We do not endorse or condone spamming, as this negatively affects perception of Brobury Sports. We do however encourage you to make use of your opt-in mailing lists to promote the site to your visitors. Spamming can be reported to abuse@broburysports.com. Affiliates guilty of spamming will have their accounts locked until after the report has been investigated. Repeated spamming will result in the closure of your account. 14. What information can I receive on my players?

All players account information remains confidential. We respect our customer's privacy and will not give out their information. The only detail you will see about your players is their unique account player ID number.
